Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Learnwise Solutions platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users including students, mentors, and administrators.

Learnwise Solutions provides an online platform for managing coaching and mentoring sessions focused on North American job search preparation. Services include session scheduling, Zoom integration for virtual classes, mentor availability management, referral tracking, and administrative tooling.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

Mentors

Mentors are responsible for accurately representing their qualifications and availability, delivering sessions as scheduled, and maintaining professional conduct with students at all times.

Students

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions, communicating cancellations in advance according to any applicable cancellation policy, and treating mentors with respect.

Session schedules are managed through the Platform. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policies communicated by your administrator at the time of enrollment. Learnwise Solutions is not responsible for disputes between students and mentors arising from missed or cancelled sessions.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Zoom (for virtual sessions) and Amazon Web Services (for authentication and infrastructure). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Learnwise Solutions is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

All content on the Platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — is the property of Learnwise Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.

Content you create within the Platform (e.g., class notes) remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Learnwise Solutions a limited license to store and display it as necessary to operate the service.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or employment results from use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Learnwise Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
